We eventually gave up and had to boot down

We had a great idea to return via the ridge to White Baldy

$After over 7,000\' of climbing and 8 hours, it got a little bit technical$

We decided at this late point of the day, it was not a good idea to continue and we down climbed

And got a few more great turns

Only to have to climb over 1 more semi-technical ridge

To get back to where we started

And a long ski back to the car.

Where cold beers awaited.
